Organising Committee will be pleased to welcome you to the 7th International Symposium MOTOR FUELS 2006 and hopes you will find it technically attractive.
The symposium will be the branch forum for the meeting of the experts working in the field of research, production, distribution and application of motor fuels, additive production and treatment technologies as well as environmental protection and IC engine´s research and development.

The International Symposium Motor Fuels 2006 is organised under the aegis of Dr. Oszkár Világi, CEO Slovnaft, a.s. and supported by Slovnaft, a.s., member of MOL Group.

During the Symposium the commercial presentation and exhibition of the firms as follows will be held in the adjacent rooms of the lecture hall of hotel Hutnik:

1. Venue & Dates

The Symposium will be held in the term of June 19 - 22, 2006 in The High Tatras, hotel HUTNIK*** in village Tatranske Matliare (see the map bellow).

On account of guaranty of sufficient accommodation capacity all the Symposium participants are kindly asked to book their participation by sending the Registration Form respecting the deadline June 2, 2006.

Official symposium languages are Slovak, Czech and English with simultaneous translation.

2. Dates

The Registration Form should be sent by mail, fax or e-mail at the latest on June 2, 2006. Unavoidable part of registration form is a copy of statement of account.

At sending the registration form by e-mail using the form from the symposium Web site it is necessary to send by mail or fax the confirmation of realised bank transfer (statement of account).

Another form of payment for the participants registered in above quoted term is the settlement of fees in cash in Slovak Crowns (SKK) at the registration desk. In this case it is necessary to accept the fact that for this payment any credit cards are not acceptable.

3. Cancellation

The cancellation of the registration can be realised only in written form preferably by fax. At mailing of cancellation announcement please respect two terms as follows:

till June 9, 2006 the settlement of fees for accommodation and board and 50% of registration fee ( € 92) will be refunded.

till June 15, 2006 the settlement of fees for accommodation and board will be refunded. The proceedings will be mailed to your address within 20 days after the symposium.

5. Settlement of Symposium Fees

The symposium fees covering the registration fee and payment for accommodation and board can be settled by two different manners:
Bank transfer,
Payment in cash in Slovak Crowns (SKK) at registration desk.
