 Advance registration
Please use the enclosed registration form to register for the conference and social
programme, and to make your hotel reservation. Should you require additional forms, please
copy the enclosed form or contact the conference secretariat for additional copies. Your
registration form together with a copy of your bank draft should be sent to the conference
secretariat.

The
full registration fee for participants includes:
Proceedings, final programme, list of participants, lunches, coffee and admission to all
parts of the conference. The fee does not cover accommodation or board.
The student registration fee includes one copy
of proceedings, final programme and access to conference scientific activities. A
verification of student status should be enclosed.
Payment
Registration will only be accepted when payments are made in USD or Sk. The participation
fee should be paid by bank transfer. Please indicate the participant's name clearly in
order to ensure that the payment is correctly registered.

Please mail or fax a copy of
your bank-draft together with your Registration Form to the Organising Committee.
Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to you in good time before the conference, stating
booked events, booked hotel accommodation and your payment status.
Cancellation
If a delegate is unable to attend the Conference, a substitution can be made at any time.
It is possible to cancel the application in writing up to August 15th, 2001.
Fees (less a 10 % administration charge) will then be returned. No refund can be made for
cancellations received after August 15th, 2001.
Registration at the venue
The registration desk at the Holiday Inn will be open on Monday September 17th,
between 14:00-20:00 and on Tuesday September 18th, from 7:00 and throughout the
conference.
