Petroleum Conference will take place in hotel Holiday Inn
Advance registration
Please use the enclosed registration form when registering for the
conference and social programme, and to make your hotel reservation.
Should your require additional forms, please copy the enclosed form or
contact the conference secretariat for additional copy. Your registration
form together with the payment, should be sent to the conference
secretariat.

The
full registration fee for participants includes:
Proceedings, final programme, list of participants, lunches, coffee and
admission to all part of the conference. The fee does not cover the
accommodation or board.
Students registration fee include one copy
of proceedings, final programme and access to conference scientific
activities. A verification of student status should be enclosed.
The fee for accompanying
persons includes:
Access to welcome reception and dinner, the Bratislava city tour and
lunches on October 7th and 8th.
Payment
All payments should be in EUR. Participation fee should be paid by bank
remittance. Please indicate the participant s name clearly in order to
ensure that the payment is correctly registered.

conference secretariat
Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent to you in good time before the
conference, stating booked events, booked hotel accommodation and your
payment status.
Cancellation
Cancellations made before September 15th, 2003 will be refunded in full less
an administrative charge at a price of 25 Euro per delegate. We regret that
cancellations made after September 15th, 2003 will not be refunded.
Substitutes are acceptable at any time.
Registration at the venue
The registration desk at the hotel Holiday Inn will be open on Monday
October 6th, between 11:00 – 18:00 an on Tuesday October 7th, from 7:30
and throughout the conference.
