Symposium Organisation

Venue & Dates

The Symposium will be held in the term of June 17 - 20, 2002 in hotel SITNO in village VYHNE (branch way from road E 571 in village Bzenica in direction to Banská Štiavnica).

On account of guaranty of sufficient accommodation capacity all the Symposium participants are kindly asked to book their participation by sending the Registration Form respecting the deadline May 31, 2002.

Official symposium languages are Slovak, Czech and English with simultaneous translation.

Dates

The Registration Form should be send by mail, fax or e-mail at the latest on May 31, 2002. Unavoidable part of registration form is a copy of statement of account.

At sending the registration form by e-mail using the form from symposium Web site it is necessary to send by mail or fax the confirmation of realised bank transfer (statement of account).

Another form of payment for the participants registered in above quoted term is the settlement of fees in cash in Slovak Crowns (SKK) at the registration desk. In this case it is necessary to accept the fact that for this payment any credit cards are not acceptable.

Cancellation

The cancellation of the registration is possible to realise only in written form preferably by fax. At mailing of cancellation announcement please respect two terms as follows:

till June 7, 2002 the settlement of fees for accommodation and board and 50% of registration fee ( € 90) will be refunded.
till June 16, 2002 the settlement of fees for accommodation (excluding the price for the first night) and board will be refunded. The proceedings will be mailed to your address within 20 days after symposium.

Symposium Fees

The symposium fees for MOTOR FUELS 2002 consist of:

	Registration Fee (incl. symposium Proceedings, refreshments, gala dinners)	€ 180
	Accommodation in double room (1 person / 1 night)	€ 40
	Accommodation in single room (1 night)	€ 50
	Full board for 1 day	€ 30

Please specify your interest as for the accommodation and board by filling out of the Registration form.

Settlement of Symposium Fees

The symposium fees covering the registration fee and payment for accommodation and board can be settled by two different manners:

Bank transfer,
Payment in cash in Slovak Crowns (SKK) at registration desk.
