General characteristics:

Gear oil MADIT AXOL H – HEAVY is an oil of crude – oil origin, that contains additives to enhance the bearing capacity of the lubricating film and to improve viscosity properties. It is a clear liquid without visible contents of water and content of mechanical impurities immiscible in water. According to STN 65 0201 it belongs among combustibles of the IV class of hazards.

Use:

MADIT AXOL H – HEAVY is an all-season gear oil designed as filling for mechanical gear boxes, final drives and other equipment with hypoid gearings. It concerns, for instance the axles/final drives of automobiles VOLVO, SCANIA, IVECO and buses KAROSA with final drive ROCKWELL (production since 1992).

Occupational Safety and Health:

Gear oil MADIT AXOL H – HEAVY from the viewpoint of health effect on human organism is classified among materials with average biological activity (II. B). Handling and working with the material require the use of protective gloves. In the case of skin contact to wash affected surface with water and soap and treat with reparative skin-cream. The oil contains substances hazardous to water qiality and health harmlessness.

Packaging and Storage

The gear oil MADIT AXOL H – HEAVY is delivered in drums and containers or in tank cars. It is stored in properly closed wessels, drums and protected against climatic effects at temperature max. +50°C. The storage life is 3 years from production date when the given storage conditions are fulfilled.
