Oils for sliding guides MADIT SW MULTI are refined crude oil products up-graded with a multi-functional additive to improve oxidation stability, anti-corrosive and anti-wear properties and the frictional behaviour. They are without substances of PCB-type and compounds containing heavy metals (Pb, Hg, Cd, Cu etc.). Oils MADIT SW MULTI are clear viscous liquids without visible contents of water and mechanical impurities insuluble in water. The oils are produced in four viscosity classes ISO VG 46, 68, 100, 220 and correspond to the requirement of the specification CINCINNATI MILACRON P-47 and P-50 to lubricate guiding surfaces of machining equipment. According to STN 65 0201 the oils are combustibles of the class IV.

Use:

Oils MADIT SW MULTI are designed to lubricate guides of machining equipment. They are suitable for pumps and sliding guides of hydraulic equipment as well. The oils prevent recoil movements "stick and slip" at very low speed of shift and heavy load. The oils can be used all the year round and are compatible with all consentionally used materials.

Occupational Safety and Health

Oils for sliding guides MADIT SW MULTI from the view point of direct effect upon the human organism are classified among substances with average biological activity (II. B). It is necessary to use protective gloves handling and working with the oils. In case of skin contact the affected surface to wash with soap and water, treat with reparative skin cream. The oils contain substances hazardous to the quality and health harmlessness of water.
