Novapor is mainly used to prevent excesive loss of water from fresh concrete; the loss results in formation of cracks and dedusting of fine aggregates from concrete surface. The product is applied by a common spraying equipment; its viscosity can be adapted diluting with water, The most suitable time for applying is, when the concrete surface aspect changes from glossy to dull or after removal of formwork. The consumption of product is 1 l /4 – 5 m².

Occupational safety and health:

Novapor is a non-flammable substance with neutral reaction. The present components have no irritant effects; they are not absorbed by the skin. To use personal protective means when working with the product, to prevent direct contact with eyes, skin; it is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke. To wash hands with water and soap and treat with reparative skin-cream after finishing work.

Packaging and storage:

Novapor is supplied in non-returnable and prepaid 1000 PE containers, non-returnable 200 l PE drums, small PE packages and tank cars. It is stored in well closed packages at sites protected against climatic effects, direct sunlight, heating elements and frost. The storage life, observing the given conditions, is 6 months.
