Separen is suitable for all kind of formwork from wood, moulds of plastics, rubber or steel. High releasing capability enables in some cases multiple release without renewing the spray. The agent is without effect upon the concrete colour and is acceptable for white architectural concrete. It is non-destructive for organic materials, like rubber packings of forms, impressions made of rubber or thermally and isolating materials. It is applied by coating, spraying or rollers. It is purposeful to apply the most thin layer, because thick layers of the agent impair the quality of concrete surface and cleanness of form, at the same time is it uneconomical.

WARNING: The concrete is filled into the form or formwork only when the formed Separen film is dry.

Occupational safety and health:

Separen contains substances that according to their effect are classified among biologically active substances. During work it is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke and it is necessary to limit direct skin-contact and mucous membranes. To use personal protective means and to treat with skin-cream before and after work, is recommended.

Packaging and storage:

Separen is supplied in 200 ml non-returnable drums, non-returnable PE packages, 1000 l containers with paying a deposit. The product is stored in well-closed tight packages at sites protected against frost. The storage life, observing the given conditions, is 6 months. Recommended storage temperature is +4 to +40°C.
