Use:

Clenaing and degreasing liquid DELUBOL 01 C 01 is used instead of commoly applied clenaing and degreasing halogenated liquids, mainly to clean and degrease metallic surfaces contaminated by oils or emulsion liquids used in machining. The degreasing and rinsing process can be brought about in all types of degreasing and rinsing equipment designe for the given purpose and for diverse containing systems of the degreasing liquid with the product. The cleaning and degreasing liquid complies with the strict requirements of product´s purity for the final finishing of surfaces. It provides a short-term anti-corrosive protection for metallic surfaces.

Occupational Safety and Health

The clenaing and degreasing liquid DELUBOL 01 C 01 is non-toxic. From the viewpoint of human organism effect it is classified among biologically effective substances (II. B). Handling and working with the material require the use of personal protective means (rubber, gloves, glasses, protective clothing etc.). The residua of the used product must be adsorbed on porous material (e.g. perlite) and incinerated. It is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke during the work with the degreasing agent. Packaging and Storage

DELUBOL 01 C 01 is supplied in drums, containers or tank cars. It is stored in well closed vessels and places protected against climatic effects, at temperature within –5 to +30°C. Observing the given storage conditions the storage life is 2 years from the date of producer´s shipment.
