Use:

DELUBOL 01 C 05 is mainly used for degreasing and rinsing of metallic products machined in processes with emulsion liquid. It is suitable also for removal of carbon deposits, the repair and electrotechnics undistries, to clean and degrease piping systems of turbo-compressors, compressors of refrigerating systems etc. The degreasing and rinsing of surfaces can be brought about in all types of washing and rinsing equipment designed for the given purpose. The operating temperatures for degreasing or rinsing are from 20 to 50°C, particularly suitable are temperatures from 30 to 50°C. The degreasing and rinsing liquid complies with the strict requirement of product´s purity for the final treatment of the surface.

Occupational Safety and Health

The degreasing liquid DELUBOL 01 C 05 is non-toxic. From the viewpoint of human organism effect it is classified among biologically effective substances (II. B). Handling and working with the material require the use of personal protective means (rubber, gloves, glasses, protective clothing etc.). The residua of the used product must be adsorbed on porous material (e.g. perlite) and incinerated. It is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke during the work with the degreasing agent. Packaging and Storage

DELUBOL 01 C 05 is supplied in drums, containers or tank cars. It is stored in well closed vessels and places protected against climatic effects, at temperature within –5 to +30°C. Observing the given storage conditions the storage life is 2 years from the date of producer´s shipment.
