The lubricating grease HTBG 2EPM is preferably determined for lubrication of sliding and rolling-contact bearings with slowly revolutions or interrupted motion under high temperature and high pressure load in the range of temperature from –20 °C to +160 °C, even up over +200°C in case of short-term lubrication or by automatic additional lubrication.
Preferably it is applied for lubrication rolling bearings at increased pressures in engineering and for sliding bearings in metallurgy, mills and paper industry.
It is not suitable for lubrication by central lubrication system with long transfer ways.

Description

The lubricating grease HTBG 2EPM is produced from mineral base oil and inorganic thickener (bentonite). It contains a mixture of suitable additives and molybdenum disulphide (MoS₂). The MoS₂ improves performance properties under high pressure loads and also ensures excellent resistance against wear in severe conditions.
It contains no heavy metals or other harmfull compouds. It has dark grey to black colour.
